Based on research from 2,500 teams around the globe, the components of this model help teams leverage strengths, identify weakness and create plans for improvement.  

    One of the four components of The Rocket Model™ - The Team Assessment Survey (TAS) is an online assessment1 that provides teams with insights into strengths, areas of improvement, and benchmarked feedback on team dynamics and performance.
